Agreement

By using this website, requesting a quotation, creating a customer profile or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you purchase on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.

Products, technical selection and information

Product photographs, descriptions, technical data and compatibility guidance are supplied for general information. Images may be illustrative and may not show every supplied component, connection or product revision. Pumps, motors, valves and water-system equipment must be selected against the actual duty, liquid, electrical supply, installation conditions and applicable standards.

The customer is responsible for supplying accurate requirements and confirming the correct product before order. Please request technical confirmation from Liquidflow where the application is critical. Product availability, specifications, images and manufacturer information may change; we may correct typographical errors, technical inaccuracies or omissions before accepting an order.

Prices, quotations and payment

Listed prices are in South African rand and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery, installation, commissioning, customs, duties and site-specific costs are excluded unless expressly included in a written quotation or order confirmation. Prices, product descriptions and catalogue categorisation may change before an order is accepted. If an incorrect online price or product detail is identified, Liquidflow may cancel the affected order and offer a refund or credit for any amount paid.

A website payment request or quotation is not acceptance of an order. Liquidflow will confirm the product, quantity, price, delivery arrangement and payment status before processing. Request-price products are subject to a written quotation. Payment is processed by the selected secure payment provider; Liquidflow does not store card or online-banking sign-in credentials.

Orders and cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Cancellation requests are assessed before goods are dispatched or specially sourced. Special-order, configured, made-to-order or installed equipment may be subject to supplier cancellation charges or may not be cancellable once procurement, manufacture or work has begun. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Delivery, title, risk and inspection

Delivery dates are estimates unless a written agreement says otherwise. You must provide a safe, accessible and accurate delivery address and ensure an authorised person can receive the order. Ownership remains with Liquidflow until all amounts due for the goods have been paid in full. Risk passes on delivery or collection, as applicable and subject to law.

Please inspect packaging and goods on delivery and report visible shortages, transit damage or incorrect items in writing as soon as reasonably possible, with photographs where available. See our Shipping Policy for delivery arrangements.

Warranty, returns and liability

Manufacturer warranties apply where available and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms, correct installation, use and maintenance. A warranty assessment may require the product to be returned for technical inspection. Liquidflow is not responsible for removal, reinstallation, site access, transport or other consequential costs unless we agree otherwise in writing or the law requires it.

Our Refund Policy explains how to report a defective, incorrect or unsuitable item. To the extent permitted by law, Liquidflow is not liable for indirect loss, loss of production, consequential loss or damage resulting from incorrect selection, installation, operation, maintenance or unauthorised modifications. These terms do not exclude or limit protections available under applicable consumer-protection law.

Website use and governing law

Website content, branding and layout remain the property of Liquidflow or its licensors. You may use the website for lawful personal or business procurement purposes only. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page.
